Accessing your subscription
How do I access my subscription?
After the purchasing the RAR software on cengage.com.au / cengage.co.nz, select the 'SUBSCRIPTIONS' option, which you’ll see when you hover over the drop-down 'MENU' option to the top left of your screen.
Please note, you will only see these options if you are logged in and have either purchased RAR or have been added to an existing RAR subscription.
On the Subscriptions page you will see the below options. "RENEW" allows you to extend your subscription period by another 12 months. "USE" will automatically log you in to a session of the application in a new tab.
I'm having problems logging in
Your username for cengage.com.au / cengage.co.nz (where you administrate the subscription) will be the email you used at the time of that purchase.
If you have been added to an existing subscription by someone else, your login details will be the email they sent the invitation request to + the password you created at that time.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click ‘login’ at the top right of screen on any cengage.com.au / cengage.co.nz page. Then, when the login pop-up appears, select ‘Forgot Password’. This will send a reset password link to your designated email address.
