When will I receive my order?

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. Delivery times will depend on whether your item(s) are currently in stock. Orders received before 12pm AEST will commence processing the following working day.

The approximate delivery times below include packing and dispatch.

How can I track the progress of my order?

Did you place your order via this website? If so, please ensure you are logged into the account you made the purchase on (a 'log in' option is available at the top of every page) and then go to 'my dashboard' via the menu option that is visible on the top left of every page for logged in users. On this page you will be able to view your order history. If your order has been dispatched a tracking button will be present here.

My item is on back order. When will I receive it?

Out of stock items will be placed on back order and supplied as the stock is available. ETAs for back ordered items may vary. If you would like an ETA on your item, please contact Customer Service and quote your order number.

What if I'm outside Australia or New Zealand?

Cengage Australia also has the distribution rights within Papua New Guinea and Fiji.
Currently, orders can only be placed on our website for customers within Australia and New Zealand. If you would like to place an order from Papua New Guinea or Fiji, please contact our Export team.
