Please note, we are making this request to try and prevent duplicate accounts being created. Before you begin

The below guide will provide PM eCollection Premium administrators with the quickest way to set up your subscription for the new school year.

By following the below recommended steps, you will avoid having to search your entire student cohort list when assigning students to their new grade/year level and classes.

Please note - This step-by-step guide is only suitable if in the last school year you had most of your students allocated into classes or groups and you are an administrator of your subscription. If this is not the case, you will be better served choosing the actions that apply for your subscription on this page

Step-By-Step Guide

Step 1

Invite new teachers ahead of time. For a teacher account to be fully set up, the teacher needs to accept the invitation email.
Tip: If they have trouble finding the invitation email, please ask they double check their spam folder

Step 2

Review your groups and classes from last year. Make sure that groups are marked as groups and classes are marked as classes.
