Amanda Sutera is an Instructional Literacy Coach and Literacy Consultant. With over 13 years' experience in education, she brings her knowledge, skills and expertise to collaborate with students, teachers and leaders in achieving literacy growth and progress.

Drawing from her experience in Independent and Catholic schools as a classroom teacher and school leader, Amanda creates enriching and authentic learning experiences. She empowers school leaders and classroom teachers to implement practical and innovative literacy strategies for student success, through in-classroom learning opportunities and virtual professional development workshops.

Amanda created Hands On Heads Consulting to continue dedicating support in the form of instructional coaching to upper primary and lower secondary classroom teachers. She collaborates with them to build their capacity and strengthen their literacy practice so that they can teach with confidence, clarity and consistency.
