Professor Ian Copland has written extensively on modern India and Pakistan, Indian religious history and comparative colonialism. He has also lectured in History at Monash for more than 30 years. Ian is a foundation member of the South Asian Studies Association, and a fellow of the Australian Academy of the Humanities.
