Dr Colin Stewart is a lifelong media educator. He holds a doctorate in media curriculum and has taught senior secondary Film, Television and New Media and related junior media subjects for more than 40 years. He has tutored pre-service media teachers at two universities.
Kylie Agnew is an experienced senior teacher at Mansfield State High School, a Mensa Australia member, and a member of the Australian Teachers of Media (ATOM) Queensland executive. She has taught senior Film, TV and New Media and junior Media Arts in regional and metropolitan schools.
Matthew Beattie is an experienced senior Film, Television and New Media teacher at Bellbird Park State Secondary College. He has worked in various roles in the media industry for over 20 years including film criticism, content creation, marketing and communications, and advertising. He has an extensive history in higher education including multiple post-graduate degrees, qualifications from Google, a master's degree in film theory, and is currently completing a second master's degree in artificial intelligence. He has also presented at media conferences around Australia and enjoys blog writing for ATOM.
Aimee Gust is Head of Department (The Arts) at Brisbane State High School. She teaches Film TV and New Media curriculum to pre-service teachers at university and is Vice President of Australian Teachers of Media (ATOM) Queensland.
Darren Sinclair is an experienced Senior Film, Television and New Media teacher with industry experience in advertisements, television series, documentary, feature film, broadcast television, educational and corporate productions, independent films, and events. His varied free-lance employment includes positions in sound, camera, editing, production, and set construction. Darren is a First Nations descendant of the Yuin people and has three decades of classroom experience.
Kelsey Hall is a senior Film, Television and New Media and Media Arts in Practice (MAP) teacher at Albany Creek State High School. She has recently completed her Masters of Creative Industries in Film and is involved in various media education projects through her university connections. She is Vice President of Australian Teachers of Media (ATOM) Queensland and has presented at the ATOM Queensland and national conferences as well as various professional development days for media teachers.
